Narrative Riverboats depart every 15 minutes from the interior of the San Antonio, Texas Riverwalk Center. You can board for a leisurely 35-minute cruise each day, with departures available between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
You can purchase your ticket online, or at the Go Rio ticket booth located in front of the Riverboats. The cost for one person is only $12.00. Your ticket is valid for one month, so you don’t have to embark on your narrative cruise immediately—take your time to plan the perfect day!

After entering your payment information, you should see this confirmation screen once the transaction has been successfully processed. When payment has been confirmed, you will be prompted to download your ticket immediately. You will also receive a detailed receipt of payment via the e‑mail address you provided.
An agent will scan your ticket from your phone as you board, so you won’t need to wait in line at the ticket booth.
Boarding The Riverboat
Jovial, narrative captains will be there to greet you on a first-come, first-served basis. As you board the riverboat, you can choose between stool seating or a cozy booth. For the clearest, most comfortable views without constantly turning your head, I recommend sitting all the way in the back—especially if you plan to record video or take lots of photos.
